Created with the intention of supporting moments of rest, renewal, balance, and intentional self-care, the Health Bath Soak is a reminder to slow down and make space for your wellbeing.

Created from start to finish by Janine of Wild Nova, every element of this bath soak has been personally chosen with intention. From the blend of salts and botanicals to the crystals and ritual oil blend, each component was selected to complement an intention of balance, restoration, peace, and care.

Every bath soak is handcrafted by Janine and infused with Reiki energy by her personally.

The Salt Blend

Each Wild Nova Bath Soak is made with a blend of Epsom salt, sea salt, and Himalayan salt, creating the foundation for a restorative moment of self-care and a chance to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

The Ritual Oil Blend

A separate jojoba oil blend infused with essential oils is included with your bath soak. A fresh and bright blend of citrus, mint, ginger, cardamom, and fennel creates an invigorating aromatic experience that feels clean, refreshing, and renewing.

Add the oil blend to your bath or apply it to your skin afterward to continue your self-care ritual beyond the bath.

What's Inside & Why It Was Chosen

Amethyst — bath safe
Included in both the small and large bath soaks, Amethyst was chosen for its connection to peace, balance, and calming energy. It complements moments of rest, reflection, and intentional self-care.

Rose Quartz — bath safe | large only
Rose Quartz was chosen for the large bath soak to bring an element of compassion, gentleness, and self-love. It serves as a reminder that caring for yourself can be an important part of your overall wellbeing.

Rosemary
Rosemary has long been associated with cleansing, protection, and renewal. It was chosen to complement the intention of creating space for restoration and fresh energy.

Calendula
Calendula was chosen for its warm and uplifting energy. It brings a sense of brightness and renewal to the bath soak and complements an intention of care and wellbeing.

Nothing in this bath soak was chosen at random. Janine personally selected the salts, herbs, crystals, and ritual oil blend and brought them together to create a ritual centred around rest, renewal, and intentional self-care.

Use this bath soak when you are taking time for yourself, resting, reflecting, or simply creating a peaceful environment to support your personal wellbeing. After your bath, use the included oil blend as a reminder that self-care can continue long after the ritual itself has ended.

Crystal Safety

Each bath soak includes crystals selected to complement its specific intention.

Some crystals are suitable to be placed in bath water, while others should be removed before soaking. Please refer to the individual product description for the crystal-specific guidance.

If you are ever unsure, you can always remove the crystals before adding the bath soak to your water and keep them nearby as part of your ritual.

Herbs & Cleanup

The herbs and botanicals can be added directly to your bath, but cleanup may be easier if you use a reusable cotton bag.

Wild Nova also carries reusable cotton bags in the shop that can be filled with your bath soak and used like a large tea bag. Simply fill the bag with your bath soak, tie it closed, and place it in your warm bath water.

This allows the salts and botanicals to infuse your bath while keeping most of the herbs contained for easier cleanup afterward.

The Included Oil Blend

Each bath soak includes a separate blend of essential oils mixed with jojoba oil.

You can add the oil blend to your bath as part of your ritual, or apply it to your skin after your bath to continue the experience. Using the oil afterward can be a simple reminder of the self-care and intention you created during your ritual and help you carry that energy with you throughout the week.
